If players can’t build at a specific location, it’s usually spawn protection. Minecraft enables a 33x33 block spawn protection area by default, and only server operators (opped players) can build inside it. You can fix this by disabling spawn protection:
  1. Log in to the game panel at gamepanel.fourseasonshosting.com and stop your server from the Console page.
  2. Open the Files page and open the server.properties file in the root folder.
  3. Find the spawn-protection line and change the value from 16 to 0.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Start your server. Spawn protection is now disabled and everyone can build anywhere.
If you’d rather keep some protection, set a smaller radius instead of 0 or op the players who need to build at spawn, since ops bypass spawn protection.
