Finding Your Hytale Server Logs

Logs are the first place to look when the server crashes, won't start, or behaves
unexpectedly. There are two ways to see them on FSH.

Live Output — the Console#

For what's happening right now, open the Console tab on your server. It shows
the server's live output as it runs, including startup messages and errors. This
is usually enough to diagnose a crash or a failed start.

Saved Log Files — the File Manager#

For older sessions or to download a log:
1.
Log in to the FSH Panel.
2.
Open the File Manager.
3.
Look for the logs folder and open it.
4.
Open or download the log file you need.

Notes#

Crash on start? Reproduce it by starting the server and reading the Console
from the top — the error is usually near where it stops.
Sharing with support: download the relevant log file from the logs folder
(or copy the Console output) so support can see the full error.
