Finding Your Palworld Server in the Community Servers List

Good news: there's nothing to enable. FSH Palworld servers are already
launched with the -publiclobby flag built in, so your server is registered to
the in-game Community Servers list automatically. You don't need to add any
custom startup flags.
This guide covers how to find and join it, plus what to do if it isn't showing up.

Joining From the Community Servers List#

1.
Make sure the server is running (it must be online to appear).
2.
In Palworld, choose Join Multiplayer Game (Dedicated Server) →
Community Servers.
3.
Use the search box to find it by its Server Name (the value set in your
server's Server Name variable on the Startup tab).
4.
Select it, enter the server password if one is set, and join.
The list is shared across the whole game and can take a few minutes to update
after the server starts.

Joining Directly by IP (PC — most reliable)#

The in-game Community list is known to be unreliable and servers sometimes don't
appear even when fully online. On PC, connecting directly is the dependable
method:
1.
In Palworld, open Join Multiplayer Game and use the address bar / "Connect
with IP"
option.
2.
Enter your server's IP:Port (the address and port shown on your server's
Console / Network page in the FSH Panel).
3.
Enter the password if one is set, and connect.
Consoles (Xbox / PS5) can't enter an IP — they can only browse the Community
Servers list. For console players the server must be listed (which it is by
default) and reachable.

Who Can Join (Crossplay)#

Which platforms can connect is controlled by the Crossplay Platforms variable
on the Startup tab (Steam, Xbox, PS5, Mac). By default all four are
allowed. If a player on a given platform can't find or join the server, confirm
that platform is included in this setting.

Troubleshooting — Server Not Appearing#

Wait a few minutes. The list updates slowly after startup.
Search the exact name. Match the Server Name value; partial searches can
miss it. Renaming the server to something unique makes it easier to find.
Use direct IP on PC to confirm the server itself is reachable — if direct
connect works but the list doesn't show it, that's the game's listing service
being flaky, not your server.
Version mismatch. A client on a newer game version than the server won't be
able to join; make sure the server is up to date (it auto-updates on start).
Crossplay. Ensure the player's platform is included in Crossplay
Platforms
.
Firewall / port. The game port must be reachable; if direct IP also fails,
the allocation/port is the thing to check.
