How to upgrade or downgrade your service

Desktop#

To upgrade/downgrade your service go to your client page open the "Services" drop-down and select the "My Services" option.

After navigating to the "My services" page, choose the specific service you want to configure. Once you've selected the service on the left, you'll find the "Upgrade/Downgrade Options" where you can proceed with your selection.

Once you access the "Upgrade/Downgrade Options" page, as depicted below, you can freely choose to upgrade or downgrade your service. Should you opt for an upgrade, an invoice will be dispatched to you. Once the payment is completed, the modifications will be applied to your server, requiring only a server restart to finalize the process.

Mobile#

To upgrade/downgrade your service go to your client page open the "Services" option as shown below.

Select the "Services" option
Once you are on the services page select the service you wish to Upgrade/Downgrade. Once you do you will be brought to the service page then click the drop-down option for "Action" and click the "Upgrade/Downgrade Options" as shown below.

Once you access the "Upgrade/Downgrade Options" page, as depicted below, you can freely choose to upgrade or downgrade your service.
